The NWFP government has appointed Dargai Additional Sessions Judge Gohar Rahman to probe into the facts of the incident wherein a 16-year-old girl, Nageen, was gang-raped, slaughtered and later on thrown in the deserted area of Shah Kot Police Station on September 16.

The inquiry officer has been directed to immediately start investigation and sent his report with complete details of the incident to the government within 30 days for further action.
